The purpose of processing is:
Handling inquiries submitted – based on Art. 6(1)(a) of the GDPR – consent of the data subject.
Reservation of guest rooms – based on Art. 6(1)(a) of the GDPR – consent of the data subject.
Execution of the hotel service agreement – based on Art. 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – consent of the data subject.
Ensuring the safety of individuals and property in the Villa by using visual surveillance – based on Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
Ensuring the safety of individuals and property in the Villa by identifying all persons in the hotel room – based on Art. 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.
- The data will be stored for:
Inquiries submitted – 30 days;
Reservations – 24 months from the date of reservation;
Execution of hotel service agreements – for a period of 5 years from the end of the year in which the hotel stay occurred.
In visual surveillance systems – for 30 days.
You have the right to access personal data, the right to rectification, the right to data portability – applicable to purposes resulting from legally justified interests pursued by the controller or the performance of the hotel service agreement, and to the extent that consent has been given – you have the right to erasure or restriction of processing, the right to object to processing, the right to withdraw consent at any time.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Providing personal data is voluntary, but refusal to provide data may result in:
Refusal to provide hotel services – in the case of data processed for the purpose of concluding a hotel service agreement;
Refusal to make a reservation, in the case of room reservations.
